Now our team has an open position for a DevOps Engineer.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in DevOps / SRE or backend+DevOps mix
- Strong Docker (multi-stage builds, optimization)
- Kubernetes (EKS or k8s: deployments, services, CronJobs, scaling)
- Helm or Kustomize for manifests
- GitLab CI/CD (must have) — pipelines with build → test → scan → deploy stages
- Deployments to staging & prod with promote workflows
- AWS: EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, subnets, load balancers, IAM, Secrets Manager
- Backup & recovery setups
- Observability: ELK / OpenSearch / Loki, Prometheus & Grafana, tracing (OpenTelemetry, Jaeger), alerts (Slack, PagerDuty)
- Security & compliance: RBAC (k8s & AWS), image scanning (Snyk/Trivy/GitLab), secret rotation, no plain secrets in repos
- Queues & jobs: Redis / RabbitMQ clusters, monitoring tools (bull-board, Flower), retry/dead-letter queue strategies
- Performance & reliability: DB monitoring (pg_stat_statements, indexes), Redis cache layers, load/stress testing basics
- Documentation & runbooks: incident playbooks, backup/restore docs, clear READMEs
Nice to have:
- Experience with multi-tenant SaaS
- AWS cost optimization
- Security/compliance frameworks (PCI DSS, SOC2)
- Automation coding in Bash / Python / Go
