Senior Platform Engineer (Kubernetes, Golang)

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement Kubernetes operators in Go for managing distributed storage systems (Ceph/Rook) at scale.
• Own the full lifecycle of storage infrastructure — deployment, upgrades, scaling, capacity planning and incident response.

Requirements:

Kubernetes

• Deep expertise with controllers, operators, CRDs and admission webhooks.
• Experience building with Kubernetes, not just using it.

Go

• Production-grade operator development using controller-runtime and client-go.
• Comfortable with reconciliation loops, finalizers and status conditions.

Storage

• Hands-on experience operating storage systems such as NetApp, Pure and Ceph.
